All our spice blends and stone-ground chutneys are prepared in hygienic, small batches to preserve freshness and aroma. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of confirmation.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer transparent and standard shipping rates across India:
- Standard Shipping: Flat delivery charges apply at checkout based on package weight and pin code.
- Free Shipping: Available on eligible promotional cart values (where specified during checkout).
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your delivery location:
- Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai): 2 to 4 working days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Towns & Rural): 4 to 7 working days.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, we provide tracking details via WhatsApp and SMS. You can also track your live shipment directly on our Order Tracking Page using your Order ID.
